- Why do we exist? God created us to know Him, to love Him, and to enjoy Him forever (Gen 1:26; Psa. 139:13-16; Isa 43:7).
- What went wrong? Every singe one of us turned away from God (Rom 3:23). This is called sin, and it separates us from God forever (Rom 6:23; Matt 7:22-23).
- How do we fix it? There is absolutely nothing we can do to restore our broken relationship with God. We are lost (Isa 53:6), dead (Eph 2:1), and without hope (Eph 2:12).
- What did God do? In His amazing love, God sent His Son to suffer the consequences for our sin. Jesus took our sin and death on the cross (John 3:16; 2 Cor 5:21; 1 Pet 3:18).
- What happened? Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead (Matt 20:17-19; Luke 24:5-6)!
- Now what? Whoever puts their faith in Jesus will never be separated from God because He paid for every single sin (Rom 10:9-11; 1 John 1:9).
