Water Mission

There is no greater physical need on our planet than water.

2 billion people around the world lack access to safe water. Every 37 seconds, somebody dies from water-related illnesses. But there is hope. With the help of the local church, Water Mission has served more than 8 million people in 60 countries with lasting safe water solutions. Motivated by their faith in Jesus Christ, Water Mission takes a comprehensive approach to combating the crisis with water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) solutions. Access to safe water changes lives, rebuilds health, and creates economic opportunities that break the cycle of poverty. Providing safe water also creates a beautiful opportunity to share the message of Living Water that only Jesus can give (John 4:10).

Their vision is to end the global water crisis in our lifetime, and there are many ways to get involved – from prayer, giving, and volunteering to full-time career opportunities.
