Sam was born in Nigeria to a family that loved God. He grew up in a home where the Word of God was read and applied to his daily life. His mother was a woman of strong faith and prayer who taught her children to rely solely on God and to trust His providence for every situation in life. Sam and Courtney have two children: Elijah and Lydia. Sam began serving as an elder at North Center in 2019. One of his favorite promises in the Bible is Romans 8:28, “We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
